Alexis Goggans, PCC 

Kudos for taking the leap and starting your own business! In a world built on manufactured scarcity and competition, I know firsthand that it takes courage and conviction to start your own business.

Over the last two decades, I have worked in just about every sector; from corporate technology sales, to coalition-building, adult instruction, organizational development, wellness, and the public sector. I bring more than 8 years of coaching, consulting, and startup experience as a 3-time business owner to this Mastermind.

 

My approach is grounded in radical care for the human condition, reciprocity with the Living world, and the belief that business is a powerful tool for building the life you have always imagined and a world worth living in.​ I look forward to walking with you on your path to impactful and successful entrepreneurship. ​

Review the FAQ's

Before completing the application form, we ask prospects to carefully review the website, FAQ's and Be Bold's social media to ensure you meet the requirements and are alignment with the facilitator. You can book an alignment session with Alexis if you would like to ask questions or assess fit.

Submit an Application

Once you have reviewed the Mastermind details and ensured fit, you can complete the application form below. It should only take you 10 minutes to complete. You will need to sign the Terms & Conditions. Please contact us if you need accommodations  or support.​

Make a Payment

If approved, expect a follow up email with a payment request. If your application is not approved you will receive an email with additional support options. Approved members will receive a welcome email with a Slack invite, a scheduling link for coaching sessions, and a calendar invite.

Disclaimers

​

  • The facilitator is not qualified to provide medical, financial and/or legal advice to the client. The client will refer any legal, tax, health or business related questions to a licensed or otherwise qualified professional at their discretion. 
     

  • Participating in a Mastermind and a coaching/strategy session is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of life, including work, finances, health, relationships, etc.  The client acknowledges that deciding how to handle these issues and implement insights from their Mastermind group or coaching session, is exclusively their responsibility. 
     

  • As a client, you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during Mastermind meetings and coaching sessions.
     

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Facilitator harmless against all claims, suits, demands, liabilities, losses, damages or injuries which may be made or experienced by any person or entity (including 3rd parties) that arise as a result of this Agreement, with the exception of breaches to this Agreement. 
     

Confidentiality
 

  • The client understands that information shared during the Mastermind and coaching sessions will be confidential, unless the client is a danger to themselves or others, if they are breaking the law or as required by a court order, subpoena or other lawful means.
     

  • At no time will the client disclose any business or personal information shared by mastermind participants with anyone outside the mastermind circle. Doing so may result in immediate removal from the group. 
     

  • The client understands that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared for training, consultation or marketing purposes.
     

  • The client agrees to allow the coach to submit their name, email address and coaching session hours to the International Coaching Federation assessors, for credentialing purposes only.
     

Payment 

 

  • If approved, the client will set up a monthly subscription or 6 month mastermind package on the Secure Payment processing page. Payments are processed immediately, with subscription payments occurring at the same time every month for the remainder of your participation.
     

  • Once the mastermind group begins, the client will not be reimbursed for missed meetings, for any reason or at any time.
     

  • Non-payment due to insufficient funds will forfeit the client’s ability to access the virtual meeting, Slack, and coaching sessions. You may be asked to leave the Mastermind group after two incidents of missed payments. 
     

  • Pick My Brain Sessions cancelled or re-scheduled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Refunds or reschedules due to emergencies may be granted at the Coach's discretion.
     

Termination

  • This is a 3 month commitment, with the option to cancel at any time.  6 month packages are not refundable. To cancel, send an email to the facilitator. Any subsequent payments that fall within 21 days of cancellation will be processed before the payment plan is cancelled. You will have access to Slack and Mastermind meetings during the 21-day cancellation period.
     

  • The facilitator reserves the right to cancel your participation for instances of hurt, harm, failure to meet group agreements, lack of participation, or if there is misalignment or disruption. Cancellation made by the facilitator are immediate and the payment plan will stopped immediately.
